I have been a forever GM since the 90s, and these days, I write and GM my own campaigns and scenarios. I mostly write horror. My stories are character-centric, and I focus on personal and existential horror in modern settings. My go-to TTRPG is Kult: Divinity Lost.

I came in contact with role playing through Choose Your Own Adventures books and later solo The Dark Eye books, but never had a group to game with - and I do remember I did not understand why ever someone would want to be game master.
Well then life happened and I didn't think of this until I got re-introduced to role playing though Titansgrave the Ashes of Valkana and soon after Critical Role. It took still a few more years until I started GMing because I still didn't have a group to play with, and I thought I wasn't ready and dove into improv theatre for a year or so - which was one great and fun and incredibly heartwarming, the support the improv community gives is just amazing.
My first campaign, DnD heavily influenced by Critical Role, started in summer before COVID and lasted for 1.5-2 years. I ran some Vampire games and found KULT through Red Moon Roleplaying. In the dark age of COVID I started my first campaign as a player - Vampire the Masquerade, the most incompetent Tremere you'll never meet - 'cause she went out in a blaze of sunlight and was tidied up by a roomba and delivered to the Baron. I also joined the Red Moon Roleplaying Patreon to play with Hjalmar, and later also with Craig - which have both been incredibly good stories. I ran the start of the "Atrocity Exhibition" but due to COVID never got to play a second session - and then came up with a scenario for Gehenna Gaming con 2020 - which I ran completely untested as my first Con scenario and first time running KULT in earnest, but it was a success!
Over time I found the Illusion & Horror Con server and started running games here, and well - I still do that. My favourite system is still KULT it allows me to tell the stories I like to tell, I regularly get to introduce new people to the joy of KULT, in a format I call "Office Hours with Martin" which are fully improvised 1:1 games where we create a character with the tarot deck and then just play.
Looking forward to playing with you!
